As much as I am a fan of matte lipsticks, I love my creamy lip liners too. I saw this nice shade of lip liner from Deborah Milano and found it creamy enough, hence picked it up.
A creamy lip pencil for defining and enhancing the lip-line with utmost precision.
My Experience with Deborah Milano Lip Liner #10:
I like the simplicity of wooden lip liners and do not mind sharpening them at all. You do not have to fear about these pencils breaking up like a retractable liner. I like how they would finish up before I get too bored of them. This Deborah Milano lip liner comes in a simple wooden pencil form, but it does not come with a sharpener. It works fine with most sharpeners.
I wouldn’t say it is super creamy but it goes on smooth enough to stop your lipstick from bleeding. It could feel slightly crumbly as well. This lip pencil would not be too smooth for dry lips.
It lasts very well and does not smudge that easily. I like the nice brick red color and it pairs well with a lot of my lipsticks.
Pros of Deborah Milano Lip Liner #10:
- Smooth to use.
- Can be used to fill the lips lightly.
- Keeps lipstick in place and avoids bleeding.
- Lovely color.
- Stays on very well.
- Simple, wooden packaging.
Cons of Deborah Milano Lip Liner #10:
- Might not be too creamy on dry lips.
- Some might prefer a retractable lip liner.
- Some may feel that the packaging is too simple.
- Could feel crumbly and flaky.
Would I Recommend Deborah Milano Lip Liner #10?
Yes, I would recommend this lip liner for its color and staying power. It might not be the creamiest lip liner in the market, but it is a nice and simple lip liner to own in a brick red shade.
